General Sweepstakes and Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE THE ODDS OF ANY INDIVIDUAL ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ENTRY INTO ANY BRICKS & MINIFIGS LAS VEGAS SWEEPSTAKES OR GIVEAWAY CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

The following General Sweepstakes and Giveaway Official Rules apply to all sweepstakes, drawings, promotions, and giveaways (collectively, the “Sweepstakes”) conducted by Bricks & Minifigs Las Vegas (“Sponsor”). Individual Sweepstakes may include additional or different terms. In the event of a conflict between these General Rules and the rules for a specific Sweepstakes, the specific Sweepstakes rules will control.

1. Sponsor

   All Sweepstakes are sponsored by Bricks & Minifigs Las Vegas, located at:

2. Eligibility

   Unless otherwise stated, each Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Nevada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, officers, and agents of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members and household members of such employees, owners, officers, and agents are eligible to enter and win, provided they meet all other eligibility requirements. Family or household relationships do not result in additional entries or improved odds.

3. Sweepstakes Period

   Each Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times listed in the rules or announcement for that specific Sweepstakes. Entries received before the start time or after the end time are void.

4. How to Enter

   Entry methods for each Sweepstakes will be listed in the rules for that specific Sweepstakes. For every Sweepstakes, two entry methods are always available:

   A. Purchase-Based Entry (Optional)

   For Sweepstakes that allow purchase-based entries, each qualifying retail transaction in the amount specified for that Sweepstakes may count as one entry. Entrants may earn multiple entries with multiple qualifying purchases. A purchase does not improve the odds of any individual entry.

   B. Free Entry by Mail (Alternate Method of Entry)

   To enter any Sweepstakes without making a purchase, individuals may mail a handwritten postcard containing the information required by that Sweepstakes’ rules to:

   Unless otherwise stated, only one postcard entry per person is permitted. Additional mailed entries may be voided at Sponsor’s discretion.

   Automatic Loyalty Enrollment for Free Entry Participants

   For Sweepstakes that include free mail entry, free-entry participants may be automatically added to the Sponsor’s Loyalty Rewards Program. Participation is optional. Entrants may opt out at any time without affecting their entries or odds of winning.

   Entry Treatment

   All entries—whether purchase-based or free—are treated equally in the winner selection process.

5. Prize

   The prize(s) for each Sweepstakes will be described in the rules or promotional materials for that Sweepstakes. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection

   Unless otherwise stated, the potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

   The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within the timeframe stated in the rules for that Sweepstakes. If the winner does not respond, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

   The Sponsor may require completion of an affidavit of eligibility and liability release as a condition of receiving the prize.

8. General Conditions

   The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify any Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise its integrity. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail entries. All decisions regarding any Sweepstakes are final.

9. Privacy

   Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and to operate the Loyalty Rewards Program where applicable. Entrants may opt out of the Loyalty Rewards Program at any time. The Sponsor will not sell or disclose personal information except as required by law or as necessary for Sweepstakes administration.

10. Release

    By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its owners, employees, officers, and representatives from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.

11. Winner List

    To request the name of the winner of any Sweepstakes, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

    Requests must be received within sixty (60) days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes.

12. Governing Law

    All Sweepstakes and these General Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

13. Reservation of Rights

    The Sponsor may update or modify these General Rules at any time. Updated rules will be posted on this page and will apply to all Sweepstakes conducted after the date of posting.
